Linkmail

I wondered what it would look like if Linkedin built their own AI email client and CRM software. But they probably won’t ever, so I built it out with my buddy Ishaan.

Linkmail is an embedded AI email client for LinkedIn networking that transforms cold outreach into warm conversations. No more need to context switch between gmail, scraping pages with Apollo, and awkward copy-paste messages – this Chrome extension seamlessly integrates with your LinkedIn browsing experience to generate personalized, context-aware emails that actually get responses.

What makes Linkmail special? It’s a single process embedded within Linkdin:

  • Visit any LinkedIn profile
  • Choose a template
  • Linkmail will find the person’s email using both scraping tooling and also Apollo automatically
  • Linkmail will pass in your profile and the recipient profile information into chat along with the template and your writing style
  • It drafts an email with everything: subject, subject, attachments
  • You can send straight inside Linkedin. Linkmail sends emails on your behalf, so you don’t even need to open Gmail.
